Meet Kristina
Welcome, let me introduce myself. I am a passionate timeless designer and collector, incorporating the beauty from the past into the comfort of the present.
I believe that ageless art is found in every culture and should be available for everyone to enjoy and cherish. I have travelled extensively around the world searching for such unique and gently used pieces for everyone to enjoy in the simple world we call home.
My motto in life is “All things have value”. This was immersed into my character since I was a young girl living in a suburb in the Greater Toronto Area. My passion for history and culture are often reintroduced through my collections of design and art. In order to capture their existence, I have involved myself in photography, traveling, art, music, interior designing and collecting.
The inspiration of Green Bird Décor comes from my beloved parrot “Oualie” (aka: BooBoo), meaning “Land of Beautiful Waters”. A word I came to cherish during my time spent living in Nevis Island, in St. Kitts and Nevis. My goal with “Green Bird Décor” is to share my love and passion for the unique items that I find around the world with you!
